Challenge of the Day!

Hello from GYM MEDIC HQ!

Welcome to the first ever Challenge of the Day #COTD!

Most challenges can be completed in the comfort of your own home and if any equipment is needed, you can just improvise with what you can find! Also not all challenges will be fitness related, it might be diet, health or mindfulness related, so keep posted for more where this came from!


10 x broad set press-ups; 10 x Narrow set (Tricep) Press-ups; 5 x broad set press-ups with on hand on gymball – Repeated on each side.

3 sets for time. GO GO GO!
