In the past there has been wayyy too much focus on aesthetics as the drive to exercise and I definitely fell into this trap in the past 😭

Thank the worldddd that this is improving, but still for many it’s the driving force. 🌎

Personally I think for longevity in whatever your chosen fitness regime, we need to be thinking about the OTHER short and long term benefits of exercise as our driving force💯

  1. Agree , its important to keep your exercise up from the beginning to help to stop the slow loss of movement. ( from someone who has secondary MS )
